Are there any flights that start/end in 2 cities with same name ?

You can fly CO Express intra-Houston but I dont think that counts.
Lets see, I dont think there are any Portland ME to OR flights or Columbus OH to GA flights either. At some point there was probably a Charleston SC to WVA flight but not anymore. No Kansas City MO to Kansas flights either. Damn.

What about Springfield, IL to Springfield, MO.? Doesn't United's feeder fly to those two citites?
