A tad shocked not to see them in TOL and other AT7 cities...as was first thought (AT7s being fillers for CR7s). Nonetheless...they have finally arrived so it is only a matter of time.

I think these markets were given priority because they have the demand right now and with the exception of DTW (maybe BUF) aren't feasible with the ATR.

Eventually, I think the CR7's will replace the ATR's....but right now it is more intelligent to go after the markets that need more seats but can't be reached with an ATR.

How is the CRJ700 working out for you guys?

I did an AAEagle from HOU to DFW and was pleasantly surprised with the cabin changes (higher windows, lower floor, etc.). I understand there is actually 1.5" more width at the shoulder level but that is not noticeable.

Still a stiff touchdown, however...justl like the 200's

Thanks for the info Scott. I still am holding out hope that Comair will upgrade my April 2003 CVG-MCO to a CRJ-700, as there are only two seats left on it (lowest fare available is B class...pretty expensive).

As for the ATR-72s, I think that they will be in CVG for a few more years, at least until Comair has enough CRJ-700s to do the short-haul segments (which the AT7 does beautifully) and cover the cities that need the increase of seats. The AT7s' CVG departure hinges on when the CRJ-700s get delievered and how many 737-200s Delta allocates to CVG where a 50-seat increase would work.

DeltAirlines,

You are very welcome to me with the news as for Comair by CRJ-700 aircraft are now into the service by the 5 cities from CVG hubs. I'm guess that will be great as for the newer CRJ-700. And soon, as for ASA will be started new nonstop from ATL-EYW flight by first-time service on the CRJ-700 itself. Hope you guys will be join to fly on the new nonstop from ATL-EYW flight.

USAirways85,

Yes, it is as for Comair now have a new CRJ-700 and so be it with CRJ-700 by ASA too. American Eagle already have with the new CRJ-700 opreate. I'm guess that will be everything is good as for the regional jet. Well, later!!

Regards,

Scott W.
