DTW/TOL Spotters, National 757

Sat Sep 21, 2002 12:17 am

Those in the area today, arriving around 2:45pm a National 757 will be at TOL. Something new in the skies around here that we don't get to see...may want to get the cameras ready.  Smile

He greased the landing...very impressive. The other shock was seeing it park next to a Vacation Express 737-300 that snuck in earlier. LOL At least a somewhat unique site over the skies today -- now here is hoping it won't get damaged with the storms coming through; tornado watch up till about 5pm and probably will be extended past that.

National had a charter into Willow Run a few weeks back when Washington played Michigan.
My definition of cool ? Not trying so hard to be cool.

It will be back in tonight for a very early morning departure back to LAS. Doubt if it will get here in time to get some shots of it in the daylight -- shame, today is a much better day with perfect blue sky.
