MYT277/278 MAN-TFS-MAN

Sat Sep 21, 2002 2:27 am

Ok guys, listen up. 3 weeks today I fly on MYT277 departing MAN at 11:10am, and the week after I fly MYT278 supposedly returning at 21:05, however, for the past few weeks, MYT278 has been shown returning into MAN at 01:30am. So does anyone know whats up?
I should be getting my tickets soon so...

I believe the return flight has been 'upgraded' to a J41 via TLS and NCL Big grin

A DC-10? Ah that'll be why it's 4hrs late every week!  Laugh out loud

Before I get moaned at....the DC-10 is my favourite plane, but having worked with them for a few years they're not the most reliable of beasts, especially when used on shorthaul charters. They tend to work better when they're going back and forth across the pond.

I've seen the DC10's head for the runway a couple of times and MAN and turn back with problems. Hope you get lucky.
