Omni Air DC10 - MSY To SEA This Morning

Sat Sep 28, 2002 7:42 am

OAE flight 634 flew nonstop from MSY to SEA this morning at 8:55am. I saw it depart on runway 29, using up probably around 8000 feet of the 10,100 ft. runway...not too bad for a heavy DC10 in my opinion. It arrived in MSY at about 6:00am from MSP. This is the first time I've seen a nonstop from MSY to SEA, and although it was just a charter, it was still nice.

Hi Steve! I saw it ... nice to see an old Diesel Ten .. although they still are a fairly regular sight around here .. (NW).
Found a new job?

Ahh ATA very nice...well, goodluck with everything my friend...maybe I'll get back up to SEA one day...I really liked it there. Things are ok with NW, but oddly enough, I miss Vanguard in a way. Such a shame...talk about mismanagement! I have an idea...we should start an airline one day...we could make it work!  Smile

Take care,

Stephen
