What is the long term effect of long flying hour's for 3 or 4 days every week on a pilot, if any

Besides getting tired, pilots are more exposed of cosmic radiation, because the fly more often.
Ex. On the route CPH-EWR (about 8 hours) you get as much radiation as you get in a hole year down on earth!  Wow!

That cosmic radiation thingy is BS, for an 8 hour flight you get as much radiation as walking past an X-ray room.
