A little over a year ago, me and one of my frineds who works on the ramp with me flew from SFB-LGW on Air 2000, standby.
On the outbound flight, there was only one seat left on the plane, so I got to ride the cockpit jumpseat and my friend took the last seat on the plane, then we switched after 4 hrs. Riding the jumpseat was SO AWESOME, the pilots were really cool, and the plane's performance was spectacular. I'll say about 2 min. after takeoff, the flight was so smooth it felt like we weren't even flying.
The Air 200 service was good too. From LGW-SFB my friend and I rode in the cabin because there was plenty of seats. The seat size isn't too bad, but it's no living room recliner. The food was decent, but the portions could have been bigger.
All-in-all, for 45 pounds ($65), it was the best trip I've ever taken and would do it again if I had the time.
