HB-IQs being the Swissair ones!
Didnt know they were getting swissair ones, i only heard Sabena models.

Thanks for the news Hkgspotter1. I thought they were only getting ex-SR ones, totally opposite of what AAMD11 thinks.. OH well thanks for the news.

Any idea, who the lessor is and how long LH will lease them?

And: I read on the net somewhere, that those aircraft won't be refurbished, but only repainted. Is that so?

I never knew LH had A332's........when and why are they getting them?

Errh, they don't. They are getting them because they need the capacity.

they are giving away their A340-200s so they need some capacity to cover the lack of these departing aircraft. i assume this lease will only last for 2003 and will come slowly to an end when LH starts to receive its first A340-600s and A330-300s late next year, and additional A340-300s.
