Is it a An124 they used?

I understand that An-124 number UR82007 was to be used in the film, so you're probably correct.

It's due out in the UK in november,I can't wait - bit of a Bond fan!

UK is November 20th. I heard something about a Mil-8 also being used in the film.

The 124 scenes were filmed at Manston (MSE) I think UR-82070 was the star but one of the ADB aircraft was around at the time too. The Mil part was filmed just to the south west of Farnborough and in the studio, there were two aircraft both German registered.

Some of the studio shots, meant to be an AN-124 interior, used sections of TriStar TF-ABP (formerly Istanbul Airlines and stored at Bruntingthorpe UK) which was broken up earlier in the year and moved to Pinewood.
