US Airports With NO Regional Airline Service

Ok, we've had threads re: small airports with big jets/ big airport with small jets, etc.

What about ANY US commercial airport with no regional airline service at all....

Let me start with the only one I am 99% sure of please correct me if I am wrong)

I think Mesa Air (America West Express) flies some of the PHX-BUR flights, but I may be wrong.

San Antonio and Austin, perhaps? Or do they have Delta Connection flights to DFW?

I've seen a TON of Delta Connection RJ's at san antonio, and skywest has a few AUS-SLC flights.

LIH, KOA, and ITO. They have US Mainland Service and service on Aloha and Hawaiian.

Orlando-Sanford. I dont think they have to many commuters in there.

Sanford just got (or is just about to receive) Boston-Maine Airways Jetstreams. I believe initial service is to Naples....

I think that they might have went bankrupt. There is a new carrier but I forget the name of them. I think they serve West Maui and OGG, I am not sure though.

Trvlr, SAT has Mesa, Comair, and ASA flights to PHX, ATL, CVG, and DFW.

Absolutely none. That is actually pretty cool, it just shows how far airlines have progressed since deregulation, no more DC-10s to BUF, instead regional jets!

Also, AUS has SkyWest and ASA to SLC, DFW, and ATL.

Winston Salem airport has no service at all not since CC Air/USAir pulled out over 3 years ago.
