A Nice Touch From Northwest

Fri Nov 15, 2002 6:01 am

I have an upcoming trip on Northwest tomorrow and it was very nice to open my email and have a message from Northwest telling me they were looking forward to serving me, along with an itinery recap, weather planner for my destination, and tips on checking in at my destination for the return flight.

I think this is a really good idea, and it's something I appreciate and will remember.

Not real new, they have been doing this at least for most of this year. If you signed up to recieve emails from them regarding upgrades then you got this too. However, I do believe they started doing this for non-elites when they switched over their online reservation system in September. Just what I remember. I know I can go back into my emails and check to see when I got my first one.

Just so you all can see what comes in the email, I am posting the one I recieved for my trip from MSP-MSY tomorrow.

Here it is
