I flew with GF once on F from Abu Dhabi to London, for me to bring a chef in the flight in a useless novelty because when you fly you want comfort not to stuff yourself with food. I do not like to eat that much when i fly. Well if I want to can he make me fried noodle of fried rice. What I can say this chef is basically cater for western food you know the one which requires less cooking artsy presentation non oily non spicy. What they miss is that the market from those sectors on F are majority asian. For us food is not art or presentation is a way of life. That is my thought. What they should do is to have these chefs at GF Falcon Lounge because the food there is no food at all and if you want extra you have to pay!!!
