Hi,

I would say that it was probably an unscheduled landing or tech stop.
YJT is not normally a place a large jet would fly into, although the runway is plenty long to handle one.
The only other thing I can figure would be some sort of charter. As for a sked flight, I highly doubt it as there are no Canadian DC-10 operators and I don't know who would use such a plane to fly into such a small community.

MYT is a European airline, not quite sure who it is, but they have a 767-300 flying from England to SFB.

MYT is My Travel I believe. As for CYJT getting a DC10, CYJT is used as an alternate for CYQX and does get it's share of Heavy diversions (off the North Atlantic) and tech stops when Gander's weather is down.
