Mystery 737's

Sat Dec 14, 2002 10:13 pm

On Friday 6th December, I flew on the 18:15 Go flight GO151 from EMA to PRG.
When the plane boarded, it was dark and I couldn't see the full registration.
All I could see was the last two letters 'OJ', which were printed on the flaps of the front landing gear.
The aircraft itself was a 737 (300 or above) in Easyjet livery, so I am assuming that it is G-IGOJ.

On Sunday 8th. December, I returned on the 17:50 BMI Baby flight WW5684. Once again I could only see the last two letters which were 'ZJ'. This plane was a 737 (300 or above), in Star Alliance colours. I'm pretty sure it was G-BYZJ.

Can anybody confirm this or does anybody know of any other Go/Easyjet or BMI Baby aircraft that fit these descriptions?

Thanks in advance,

You're correct in your identification. Both aircraft were 737-300s and there are no other 737s in either airline which match the registrations you gave, although my information is that the BMI 737 is still in the process of being transferred from the mainline fleet to the BMIbaby fleet.
