Classic Airways

Sat Nov 06, 1999 10:11 am

I wonder whether somebody would have some details to provide me about Classic Airways, a British charter which, according to the last informations, operated only one Lockheed L-1011 TriStar registered G-LOII.

If you travelled with Classic Airways, or have any information about their financial
standing, or hold any other information, thank you for answering this.

Kindest regards for all,

CharterFlyer

Don't know much because they weren't around for long!
They started with 1 L1011 G-IOII, and later added another, both were operated from Standsted on British World's AOC. They mainly flew sub-charters and went bust Febuary 1998.
Thats all I know!!!
