Sweet, can't wait to get skiing out here (Calgary) but the weather is crap right now (No snow). Hopefully we will get some snow. We need helicopter shuttles to places like Fernie.

You are absolutely right Westjet_8 Alberta's resorts demand for scheduled flights in and out of Calgary/Edmonton airports could be huge all year around.

It won't be such a bad idea for Helijet/Alaska to look into it ASAP!

By the way I just checked the web cam in Whistler, quite a few people out there today.

Or even better, for that very reason Westjet it self could come up with a codeshare agreement for Helijet on a Whistler - Vancouver - Calgary/Edmonton - Banff/Lake Louise/Fernie that could be a truly dazzling skiing and snowboarding tour !

Oh yeah . . Breakfast in Whistler dinner in Lake Louise !  Nuts

That would be so crazy. I would go for that any day (If I had the money). I think at one time Fernie had an airport (not sure if there was a terminal). Banff has a grass strip, not sure about Louise. I am pretty sure most ski hills have helicopter pads(I saw a chinook at Ferine putting up ski poles). If anyone had more info it would be apperated. Thanks
