Does AA Use All E-tickets For Domestic Now?

Does AA issue e-tickets for all flights for travel in domestic US now?

If not then will LAX-SFO vv be issued with e-ticket if booked via http://www.aa.com?

You can choose a paper ticket, but it's about $25 more.
AA stated a while back that they would be 100% ticketless by 2004 and will only issue tickets in conjunction with other carriers via e-ticket. AA will also cancel ticketing agreements with any carriers with whom they do not have interline e-ticket capability.
