Virgin Blue Float/legacy?

Sun Jan 26, 2003 9:38 am

Having not read much about Branson's business acumen and with the upcoming float of his half of Virgin Blue, will he leave any legacies in relation to the use of the Virgin branding? Would potential new owners be forced into a franchise type situation and be forced to use the same low cost business model.

Just answered you question on the other forum,
Chris Corrigan has stated that Patrick Corp
will only let 5% of their shares go for an
IPO, I think I read somewhere Branson would
sell no more than 10% of his 50%, so in all no
more than 15% will be offered to the public when
they become available.
