Bott is based out of St. Louis. American says they have reviewed the facts and will not take action against him.

Well, perhaps its because his BAC was .004%, a tenth of the leagal limit.

He may have gotten drunk the night before and had a hangover, but he was not drunk. Why should they take action against him?
