ZRH Observation Deck Closed?

Thu Jan 30, 2003 3:31 pm

Hello everyone.

I'm in Zurich from January 30th (Today  Smile/happy/getting dizzy ) till February 1st and I really like to spend some spare time at the observation deck for spotting. My only questions is: Is the observation deck also opened during snow fall? Because the weather forecast says snow fall for all three days...

It would be sad if I can't use this oportunity for spotting at ZRH.

Thanks for all your help in advance.

BTW: Anyone else at ZRH these days?

Greetings

The observation deck is always open. It would only be closed for security reasons. Have a look at http://www.uniqueairport.com for the opening hours.

Chances are high, that I'll be at ZRH on saturday.

It should be opened. Due to construction work there is another exit to the deck. It is near the old one, you'll find it closer to the check-in hall of T B.

Gerardo: Yes it is easy to find, it is only on the other side of the former Kiosk (on the left side, closer to the check-in hall)

Hi everyone,

oh yes, it was easy to find... I was there yesterday for spotting, it was great during the morning hours with a clear blue sky, but then it began to snow... very heavy... Well maybe I could get some great shots out for that reason  Smile/happy/getting dizzy

Finally I have to say ZRH is worth a visit, I'll come back -> That's for sure  Smile/happy/getting dizzy

Greetings
Tobi
