I've flown the ATL-STT roundtrip twice on DL (I used to live in ATL). Like, B747-437B, said (where havent you flown Sean
) I got a hot meal everytime...somehow, DL thinks that the 3:30 to STT deserves a hot meal, and the 4 hour domestic flights get snacks. Go figure. You will see a movie, and have to purchase your headphones. 9 times out of 10, the STT flight departs out of terminal A or B, although I did see it depart out of E once. As for your question about the Crown Room, it all depends how busy it is, and who is working at the desk. I have gotten in with an F ticket before, but usually they wont let you in....Crown rooms are reserved for International F and C passengers, and members. You might want to ask the person that checks you in at DEN if they can give you a Crown Room pass since you will be in ATL for such a long period of time.
As for seats in M88 in F, there is not much seat pitch, but every seat is pretty good, there really arent any seats to avoid. In the 757, the first row is really close to the bulkhead, and doesnt have the same legroom as the other seats in the cabin....I've found the first row acceptable (I'm 5'10-5'11), just because no one will recline into your lap.
St. Thomas is really fun place, a visit to Maagens Bay is a must, and Charlotte Amalie has a lot of good shops. Renting a Jeep is a must!
