Now TCA Is Planning St.Maarten-Europe

Sun Feb 23, 2003 1:46 am

"The second phase, with kick-off set for July/August, will offer connecting service from New Orleans to Europe via St. Maarten and Curacao. This is awaiting approval of the Netherlands Antilles Government. "

this from http://www.caribbeanavenue.com/airnews/2003/02/030221directneworleans.html

I really want to see a 747 get off the runway at SXM and fly to Europe... unless they are planning a New Orleans-SXM-Curacao-Europe flight, which makes even less sense than one stop in the islands.

This doesnt make sense....

TCA was talking a few weeks ago about offering service to BTR & MSY from SXM & CUR... then offering NONSTOP service from BRU to MSY.

*kneels down against bedside and begins to pray: "please let this all be a hoax to prompt AF for nonstop CDG-MSY" "please let this all be a hoax to prompt AF for nonstop CDG-MSY" "please let this all be a hoax to prompt AF for nonstop CDG-MSY" ......*
