how come I didn't see them do it onboard KL when we landed in DEL? Although we came in 45 mins late unless there are times when you aren't supposed to do it? Maybe KL decided to do it after we left the aircraft?
Just because you didn't see it, doesn't mean that it wasn't done. Not all of the fumigation sprays are the powerful aerosols that Air India uses. KLM and Northwest both use a more concentrated spray that requires only 4 cannisters of deployment versus the 6+ that Air India uses.
