Which Airline Holds The Record For....

Which airline holds the record for being Launch Customer for the most aircraft types to date. Not the most ordered but the most different types.

My guess is Lufthansa.

Is it really Lufthansa?

Let's see. To my knowledge they were launch customer for:

A340-200/300
A310
A300
B737-100
you may add the 757-300 but technically it was Condor.

Other than that nothing comes to my mind.

In my opinion it must be Pan Am, especially when you think some years back when PA was THE airline that ruled commercial aviation.

Actually the correct answer is AEROFLOT
every soviet aircraft produced until 1989 was launched by aeroflot... All the Tupolev's Ilyushin´s Antonov's even the helicopters
If it ain't Boeing (or Embraer ;-)) I ain't Going!
