For Germany, most major airports are open at night for:
-measurement and calibration flights
-flights required to prolong / issue a licence
"Normal operations" are allowed: (note most are quite small airfields)
is open round the clock for Chapter 3 aircraft.
is open round the clock for Chapter 2 (permission required) one one runway, and for Chapter 3 aircraft.
is open round the clock for Chapter 3 aircraft (bonus list), and military flights
is open for Chapter 3 / bonus list aircraft
is unrestricted (5900ft runway, but the B747-400 is on the bonus list)
is open for Chapter 3 / bonus list
is unrestricted (preferential runway is 9/27, the only runway, ha ha)
I feel in no mood looking up about a thousand other airports that come to my mind, but in the third world, most airports are completely unrestricted, anything that is in the air and wishes to land may do so ...
