Loads On Routes Web Site?

Thu Feb 27, 2003 10:42 am

Anyone know of any web site that shows the loads of the flights. Particularly on ATA. Thanks in advance!

You don't think that would be proprietary info by any chance, would you?

Ryan,

If you are trying to figure out what the loads are for flights from DAY-MDW-DFW on the day youre coming back, all you have to do is call ATA and say that youre thinking for standing by for a different flight, and they will probably tell you the number of seats availible.

However, if you are just looking for the airline's overall load factor, you can grab that at their corporate site.

Loads aren't, no. Anyone with access to a scanner can hear pilots reporting Pax on board. Alternatively, you could stand at the gate, where possible, and count.

What is proprietary information is what each passenger paid for their ticket, i.e. what sort of yields the airline is getting from the flight.
