In addition to plenty of O&D to fill an A319, there's all that traffic that Tyco can bring. Tyco is an international electronics conglomerate (I am not even exactly sure what they do, but they are a huge multi-billion dollar company) based in Hamilton, Bermuda, mainly for taxing purposes. Outside of that, however, most of their operations are done out of the Miami area. That should help fill up F easily. The Bermuda Government is guaranteeing the sale of at least 60 seats per flight.
