CO Airline Training Orientation Program (ATOP)

Mon Mar 10, 2003 3:14 am

I came across this website and I was wondering if anyone has gone through this program. If so, how was it? Is it worth the $435? It certainly sounds like it is.  Smile/happy/getting dizzy

Not sure about the CO version, but a friend and I did the ATOP when it was still at UA in Denver, but it is the same guy/company now doing it at CO. It was worth every penny, basically one day of systems groundschool and FBS work followed the second day by more FBS and then the "real deal" full motion simulator. It was great fun as well as being educational. I would highly recommend it if you have the time and $$$.  Smile/happy/getting dizzy

That sounds awesome. United did indeed have the program, but apparently it was switched to CO for some reason. I want to do it this summer...sounds awesome  Smile
