What's In This Amenity Kit?

Fri Mar 28, 2003 5:52 am

I was looking at Travelquality.com's forums and came across this picture of an amenity kit on Hong Kong's de facto flag carrier.

I can see the amenity kit bag, the earplugs, the eyeshades, the socks and the amenity kit strap, but what the hell is the white thing? and I don't mean the tray.

I think it probably is a refreshing napkin but wouldn't they put it in a plastic opaque pouch?
Anyone can fly, only the best Soar.

It's a complimentary tampon---one of Satan's 'little cotton fingers'...

BA uses the same toothbrush kit..but in grey.

Until someone mentioned toothbrush kit, it really looked like a tampon! How kinky of CX! Maybe there's a womens' kit and a mens' kit? But definitely much nicer than those ziplock bags SQ gives out.
There's always a better way to fly...

this is exactly the same as the qantas one handed out on a domestic flight. Except in navy blue and red.
