Worst International Airline Website?

Fri Mar 28, 2003 8:22 pm

Which major international airline do you think has the worst website?

My vote goes to Eva Air. I really like the airline (in fact I am flying Eva next week LHR-BKK) but their website is absolutely appalling. It is very sparse, badly translated from Chinese into English and has no facilities taken for granted on other majors such as online check-in etc.

Any other bad websites out there?
I used to think the brain is the most fascinating part of my body. But, hey, who is telling me that?

even though I like the airline, Air France has one of the worst websites out of all the majors. The fact that they use Lotus Domino servers to power their website just increases my hatred. Big grin

Try Air China.
That's far from being an acceptable website.

Virgin Atlantic.
It looks like it was made by a third grader. Or else there is a policy of intentional omission of facts.

Makes Air India look like a repository of information.

Air France's website is poor.
However, I do like the airline itself.

Guess you mean "Air Koryo". Never have seen an official Air Koryo website, so how can the have a "bad" one?

Same goes for the Ariana Afghan. Do they have one?

Take a look at the Ariana Afghan site and look under Fleet information. Then look at the max range spec for their Airbus A300's: You are not going to believe what you see-- Smile We better find them a manual pronto!
