Hana Peskova e-mailed around 700 CSA colleagues and volunteers to appeal for help to deal with the Prague floods last year. CSA staff were despatched to set up makeshift shelters and care for the elderly. Hana and other converted the CSA Czech Conference Area at Prague Airport into a warehouse and distribution centre for food, medicine and other supplies.
