Air Berlin Goes ZRH

Fri Apr 11, 2003 8:32 pm

Air Berlin will increase its operations at ZRH and will add a 2nd daily flight to TXL, two new daily flights to HAM and one new daily flight to DTM. All flights are to be operated with B737-700 and B737-800.

The airport is definitely in need of additional flights! But does it help Swiss International? Will see...

Cheers

No, this doesn't help SWISS, but surely Unique.

Glad to see some good news regarding ZRH every once in a while.

Well, a one-day trip to HAM seems to be in order, although it seems as if on both saturdays and sundays theres only one rotation. Can anyone pls confirm?

Yes, it's operated twice weekly on weekdays and once a day on weekends.

Patrick,
great idea! I had just wanted to send you an email regarding this.
The only problem would be that it won't be possible to fly DTM-ZRH-DTM in one day (if you wanna spend some time in Zurich...) so that would mean a return flight to another airport. Well we can email about this. It's a solveable problem for sure.
