How Is Casm Calculated?

I was wondering how CASM is caculated and does it include depreciation expenses and landing fees at the airport?

Yes, both depreciation and landing fees are calculated.

Besides labor and fuel cost, which are the major costs that impact CASM?

CASM is operating expenses divided by available seat miles, expressed in cents per mile. Anything that affects operating expenses affects CASM. Look at any quarterly or annual report for a full breakdown of operating expenses: http://www.sec.gov/edgar/searchedgar/companysearch.html
