I believe that CO operates frequent charter flights out of MIA to Havana; the flights operate several times per week.

They also fly JFK-Havana, unless that's been pulled out...

Continental has scheduled charter service from Miami to Havana, Cienfuegos, and now Camaguey. Havana is 2x daily. The other two, I believe, operate 2x weekly each. In addition, Continental Connection carrier Gulfstream International offers multiple daily services to Havana and Cienfuegos.

Continental wet-leases a 733 to Gulfstream International which operates it on MIA-HAV charters. It may be same aircraft always or any 733. Possibly 73Gs as well.
