I just think we have to very different things here: simple logotypes made for aviation (and those indicating a special direction and can be mirrored and used for that purpose) and other logotypes or CID
elements not "interested" in any kind of direction or movement.
The Staatsloterij fishes are designed to look left (or move from right to the left you name it) the CID
says, "fishes to the left". I don't think the designer(s) of the Staatsloterij logo would be happy to see his logo-fishs mirrored just because it doesn't look cool on an airframe. It's just justice to the Staatsloterij logo.
It's like manipulating other peoples designs to make it fitt the purpose it's used for.
I fully agree with you that the fishes look a bit dull as they look to move backwards while the plane moves forward, no argue on that, but the CID
rules are anotehr issue!!
