Piedmont IFE Question

Mon Jun 09, 2003 2:07 am

Hey Everyone,

Does anyone have any info on Piedmont and their 767s across the pond??? I have Pace mags that don't offer inflight entertainment listings and was wondering if they even had any kind. Any info would help.

Thanks.

While I never flew on a Piedmont 767 I have been on every 767 in the USAirways fleet and about half of them were original Piedmont. The rest USAir took after the merger. Presently, the 767's have 12 audio channels and have the "flip type" movie screens at each big bulkhead. I think that would be three. Plus a few smaller screens scattered throughout the cabin. That is how they are presently and I cannot imagine them being better 14 years ago when Piedmont had them.

Well just by coincidence I just got off the phone with a friend who worked for PIEDMONT and she says they are basically the same now as they were when PIEDMONT had them. And movies were offered.
