Air France Resumes Flights To Algeria.

Sun Jun 29, 2003 2:52 am

After eight or nine years of suspending flights to Algiers, the French carrier just resumed flights to that destination where an aircraft was held "hostage" back in 1994. I heard that on my local radio station today, they said an Airbus landed this morning in Algiers. They didn't specify what model but I suppose it's either an A320 or an A330. The one that was hijacked was an A300.
Air France is doing very well in Africa, after taking over defunct carrier UTA.
