How Did ATR Go To Tahiti?!?!

In the French Polynesia, a loto of flights are performed by ATRs, but their operating range is shorthaul.

Where are ATR built?

How did they reach french Polynesia?

They are built in Toulouse, they are getting to Tahiti by ferry flight (including extra fuel tanks). Takes some time but you arrive there.
