AA Trip7 Reg #N766AN Help

Thu Jul 03, 2003 10:18 am

Just saw this ship land at DFW and taxi directly to the hangar. Aircraft appears to be brand new. Trying to find out if this was her delivery flight from Seattle. Unable to obtain any data from sites I normally frequent. Anyone got info?

Yes it is a BRAND NEW B777. Nose number N7CA, the last one! She was delivered from BFI on 6/29/03, went to AFW for a couple of days then ferried to DFW today. Tomorrow (7/03/03) she will fly AA50 DFWLGW as first revenue service.

Aa777flyer, fleet number for N766AN is 7CC (cn 32880).

7CA is N764AN (cn 32439).

Both are 777-223/ER.

Can someone please clarify which one that was delivered in late June ?

Any idea why they skipped N763AN (the registration is still reserved for AA according to the FAA website) ?

I assume the newly delivered 777s are in the Atlantic configuration ? Will they install the Flagship suite in all the planes and will they all be the same configuration eventually ?

Thanks !
