Virgin 744 Flypast At Brompton By Sawdon

This Saturday (5th July) there is an event being held at Brompton by Sawdon in Yorkshire to celebrate the 150th anniversary of the first manned glider flight in in the UK in 1853. Virgin (amongst others incl BA and BAe) are sponsoring the event and hope to perform a flypast with a 744 which is positioning from AMS to LHR. A/c will be G-VAST ETD AMS 1100L for flypast at 1120L.

Anyone going to go along? There is also a rumour that Richard Branson will be flying in a replica of Sir George Cayley's glider.
