CLE Spotters - NWA DC10, Many Others

Thunderstorms in DTW. Flightarrivals has most of the diversions.

Looks like several diversions into CLE and CMH, including the aforementioned DC-10 from Frankfurt into CLE. Hopkins also has an A319 from Albany and several Mesaba SAAB-340s on the ground. Columbus has an A319 from Houston and 2 DC-9s from Birminghan and Washington DC.

I know IND had a Delta Diversion from ATL-DTW. I was looking at Toledo, but didnt see anything

Yeah I was watching TOL also. At the same time DTW was getting hit so was TOL so they had to avoid TOL this time. I was hoping we would see some there so I could go into work for a while.....

Is it true that NWA got rid of all the DC-10's. Or did they only remove the DC-10-40?

They only got rid of the DC-10-40. The DC-10-30s will continue flying for a few more years to come.

I drove by CLE and saw 3 Mesaba Saabs, a Pinnacle CRJ, and a NW DC-10 from DTW. They all departed one after the other.
