I saw it in EVA's Verge magazine yesterday flying SEA-TPE-SGN. I think the colors are not particularly attractive, but the features are great.

I don't understand their reason for using this new layout in their A332s. These are for regional flights, most 2~3 hrs. Why have a bed on these flights?

EVA's seats are an odd mix:
C class on 744 & MD11s have 44 or 48" pitch & useless legrests.
C class on 762 & 763s have 38, 50 or 52" pitch but use the same seats used in 744/MD11 deluxe class.

So now you can buy a regional C class ticket & get either 38, 50, 52 or 61" pitch seats with various quality.

Hi,

I think the A330-200s will eventually fly to Australia, New Zealand, and Vienna. So I guess the 61" pitch seats will come in useful.

The features definitely look nice. The AVOD, even in Economy, is finally up to par with the rest of the Asian airlines.

I actually don't know if it can fly non-stop. The current routing is TPE-BKK-VIE anyway. I'm sure the A332 can do those two.
