I have only flown in and out of JFK twice in my life so I don't really know too much about it. I just have a few questions to see if I can get the story down. I would be neat to know more about JFK because of the history. Thank You!
I know that TWA built that awesome looking terminal 5 back in the day, and that it has remained empty since the AA takeover. Are there any plans for what they might do with it?
I know that Pan Am used to have a HUGE operation out of JFK and that Delta took over their routes at JFK. What terminal did Pan Am have? Did Delta take that terminal when they shut down? and is it the same one they are using today?
When did American come along and open up such a big hub in JFK? and have they always used the terminal that they are in now?
Did United have a bigger operation out of JFK at one point and what happened? HAve they always shared that same terminal with British Airways?
Where did jetBlue's terminal come from?
I know that Tower Air had a hub in JFK. Where did they operate out of?
I know I asked many questions. Thanks in advance for any answers! Just curious about an airport that I don't know too much about!
