Relationship Between Continental And Copa

What is the relationship between Continental and Copa? I know they codeshare, is that all there is to their partnership?

I don't know either, except that Copa has ripped off Continental's color scheme.

Well, do you mean other then the fact that they own 49% of the company? Copa is Continental's Central America life line.
