One Day To Live: Which ONE A/port Would You Visit?

Wed Jul 30, 2003 8:47 pm

If you could only visit ONE more airport before you die, where would it be? It could be anywhere in the world but you may only visit it ONCE. You may not visit any other airport. Ignore flight times.

If this was pre-1998,

Without a doubt,

KAI TAK!

But since the latter is now closed, a pity really,

Without a doubt,

SXM!

I probably would also choose SXM because of its amazing approach. The only drawback is that it doesn't attract a wide variety of extraordinary movements.

I'm a student so can't afford to go much.

Totally for aviation, I've been to:

AMS (3)
FRA (1)
BRU (2)
LIN (1)
MAD (3)
CDG (2)
ORY (2)
DUB (2)
PDV (1)
VAR (1)
ATL (1)

Plus lots of times to LHR, LGW, STN, BHX, BRS, EXT, etc.

Not just for aviation, I've been to:

SOF (1)
SVO (2)
DEL (1)
CAI (2)

Pe@rson, when you are planning to come to FRA you can drop me a note so we could meet there. Spotting alone can be boring sometimes.

Definitely Barra in Scotland, just to see Twin Otters landing on the beach! I'd also like to see what the terminal there is like.

Dunno. Probably SXM, like everyone else.

Just hope I will board there for HVN, and not HEL  Wink/being sarcastic
