There was one 727 that had such a severe roach infestation they had to call an outside exterminator in to gas the plane.It was buttoned up for two days to insure the creepy crawlies were done.
If I recall correctly it was 866E,and if I'm not mistaken Pan Am II
reregistered it and it is in service with them as the Clipper Cristol,(Named after the bankruptcy court judge who gave them a second chance).
I know at least two of the A300's still had "Original" Pan Am interiors as well.
