EZS Aircraft Badly Damaged!

A B737 from easyJet suffered substantial damages this morning when it took off from Geneva.
Few minutes after take off the aircraft encountered a heavy hailstorm...

Bill,
was the aircraft badly damaged or did it suffer substantial damages??
The first means it's not going to fly at all or for the next few months, the second that it might take one or two weeks to repair.
Looking at the pic and video it looks like it could be back in service in 10 to 14 days.
