on Air China and MIAT before. Air China gives you a hot meal, and MIAT only gives you a snack. But if you fly the MIAT 738, it's a lot newer and nicer than the Air China 737-500 (or -300) they use on the route.
Service on both is about the same, is a bit better than a US carrier, but not like SQ
