You forgot Germania. Also, Lauda Air and Austrian both do quite a bit of charter work and have dedicated aircraft to these flights.
In France, Aigle Azur and Airposte also have a strong charter portfolio.

If you're including airlines with a mixed schedule and charter portolio (like you did e.g. with Spanair), you also have to include these examples. And I am sure there are plenty more.

Also, you need to include Condor and Condor Berlin. Yes, I know, they´re opearting under the Thomas Cook banner nowadays. However, this is just the branding, the underlying airlines are still there. "Thomas Cook Airlines" is not an airline, just like Team Lufthansa or United Express are not airlines - these are just the brands.

bmi also do quite a bit of charter work (especially out of LGW(?) MAN GLA BFS) during the summer and the winter! - even though they are a "full service" airline.
