Global International Airways

I have seen GIA photos in this web site. I tried to look up it history in yahoo but the only information I could get was in German. If any body have any information on GIA please tell me thank you.

I lived in Chicago all my life. I remember in the 80s seeing the 707s and 727-100s occasionally flying over my house en route to ORD. They had a red cheatline on white fuselage, and then I think it changed to a bare metal fuselage.

I don't really have any other information. I think they were a charter airline.
